Activity

Demonstration of one connected system for a sample local business, Maple and Main Salon. Part one, the website: a customer named Sam finds the salon through a Google search, reads the service page, and books an appointment for Saturday at 10 AM. Part two, the AI assistant: Sam asks about Saturday availability after closing time, the assistant answers immediately and creates the booking. Part three, automation: the booking triggers an instant confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a review request after the visit. The result in every case: a new booking, handled automatically.

    How it works

    Three steps. Zero guesswork.

    1. Tell us what needs fixing

Missed calls, no-shows, slow follow-up, outdated website — we start with the bottlenecks costing you business.

    2. Get a clear fixed-price plan

You see what we’re building, what it costs, and what happens next before any work starts.

    3. Launch a system that keeps working

Your website and follow-ups keep helping after hours, and the setup is yours to keep.

    What we build

    Four builds. One promise —
    you own it all.

Plain-language scope. A fixed quote up front. The work registered in your name — domain, code, content, accounts — and portable wherever you choose to host it.

Not sure which build fits? One conversation is enough to scope it.

    Ownership, in writing

    If we disappeared tomorrow,
    everything keeps running.

Most agencies rent you your own website — stop paying and it disappears. We build, put your name on everything, and hand over the keys. Host it in your own accounts, or have us manage it for a clear monthly you can cancel — either way the code, content and accounts are yours, and you can take them anywhere.

    • Domain — Registered to you, at your registrar.
    • Hosting — Your account by default — or managed by us if you’d rather. Portable either way, in your name.
    • Code — Handed over in your own repository.
    • AI & accounts — Your keys, your data, your name on everything.

    The honest math

Self-hosted, you pay hosting and AI usage directly to the providers — for most builds, a few dollars a month — and no required monthly to us. No retainer, no platform markup, no hostage clause. Optional monthlies exist only where they should: managed hosting, the Care Plan and the managed phone receptionist — clearly priced, always your choice, cancel anytime.

    The guarantee

First milestone free. You don't pay until you see it working.

Fixed price, fixed scope, milestone payments. You approve the plan before we build — and if the first milestone isn't right, you don't pay for it. When it's done, it's 100% yours: code, content, domain & data — portable wherever you host.

    Pricing

Clear pricing, before you reach out.

Every project gets one fixed quote before work starts — the price you hear is the price you pay.

    FAQ

    The questions we hear first.

    What does a project cost?

Websites start at $1,000, AI receptionists at $800, and automation is quoted by setup. Whatever the scope, you get one fixed quote before work starts — the price you hear is the price you pay.

    Are there monthly fees?

None required by us. Self-hosted, you pay providers directly — typically a few dollars a month for hosting and AI usage. If you’d rather be hands-off, managed hosting and care are optional, clearly priced, and cancellable anytime.

    Who owns what you build?

You do. Domain, code, content and accounts are set up in your name from day one and stay portable. If we parted ways tomorrow, everything would keep running.

I already have a website — can you work with it?

Yes. Often the fastest win is adding to what you have — an AI assistant, online booking, automated follow-ups. If the site itself is holding you back, we’ll say so plainly and quote a rebuild as its own fixed price.

What does the AI receptionist actually do?

It answers your phone when you can’t — greets the caller, answers common questions, takes booking details, and sends you a summary of every call. It hands off to you or takes a message whenever a human should step in.

    Will it sound robotic?

Less than you’d expect — modern voices are natural enough that most callers simply get their question answered. It never pretends to be human, and you’ll hear exactly how it sounds before anything goes live.

How long does a build take?

Your fixed-price plan includes a timeline. Most single builds take weeks, not months, and bigger systems are staged so something useful ships early.

What do you need from me?

About an hour to start — how your business runs, what’s costing you customers, and what “working” would look like. From there we build, and you review each milestone before anything goes live.
